Room00 Hostels & Hotels S.L.U (hereinafter “Room00 Group”) is the Data Controller of the personal data of the clients of each of the hotels (hereinafter “Users”).

Through this Privacy Policy, and in compliance with Articles 12 and 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (hereinafter "GDPR") and Article 11 of Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5, on the Protection of Personal Data and the Guarantee of Digital Rights ("LOPDPGDD"), Room00 informs Users who use the Website about the processing of their personal data that may be collected through this and processed by Room00.

2. PROCESSED DATA, LEGAL BASIS, PURPOSES, AND RETENTION PERIODS

   Reservation Data. Name, surname, email address, phone number, and ID number.	Execution of the contractual relationship in which the data subject is a part.	Reservation Management. Regarding the made reservation, processing payments, and managing any modifications or cancellations of the reservation.	Personal data will be processed by Room00 during the contractual relationship between Room00 and the User. These data will be blocked to comply with the legal obligations of Room00, and after that period, they will be definitively deleted.
   Registration Data. Name, surname, sex, ID, nationality, birthdate, usual place of residence, full address, locality, country, landline phone, mobile phone, email address, relationship of family members (if any are minors).	Compliance with a legal obligation.	Registration with the Secretary of State for Security Processing personal data for the prevention, detection, and investigation of crimes.	Personal data processed by Room00 will be retained for a period of three years from the completion of the contracted service or provision.
   Bank Data	Execution of the contractual relationship in which the data subject is a part.	Payment of the reservation or guaranteeing the same. As well as for paying for the stay or related services.	Personal data will be processed by Room00 during the contractual relationship between Room00 and the User. These data will be blocked to comply with the legal obligations of Room00, and after that period, they will be definitively deleted.
   Contact Data. Name, surname, email address, phone number.	Consent	Responding to requests, comments, suggestions. As well as providing support to the User during the use of the Website.	Personal data will be processed by Room00 for the necessary period to respond to the query and/or resolve the issue indicated by the User. After that period, the data will be blocked to comply with the legal obligations of Room00 and, once that period has elapsed, they will be definitively deleted.
   Promotional Communications. Name, surname, email address, and phone number.	Legitimate interest (when there is a contractual relationship) Consent	Informing about promotions and advertising actions of Room00.	Data will be processed by Room00 until the User withdraws consent. Once consent is withdrawn, Room00 will block the data for the time necessary to fulfill the legal obligations. After that period, the data will be permanently deleted.
   Surveys and/or evaluations regarding the quality of services. Name, surname, email address, and phone number.	Consent	Improve and enhance the quality of Room00's products and services.	Data will be processed by Room00 until the User withdraws consent. Once consent is withdrawn, Room00 will block the data for the time necessary to fulfill the legal obligations. 3. TO WHOM WILL YOUR DATA BE COMMUNICATED? 

    

   Room00 informs that, for the fulfillment of the aforementioned purposes, it will not transfer Users' personal data to third parties. However, Room00 may grant access to such data to technology service providers with which it has signed a data processing agreement; specifically to  

   • Analytics service providers. 
   • Hosting service providers. 
   • Email service providers. 
   • Reservation management service providers
   • Customer service providers.
   • Promotional and/or commercial activity service providers.

   The mentioned providers may be located in jurisdictions that generally do not offer adequate guarantees regarding the processing of personal data. For all entities not part of the European Economic Area (EEA), Room00 has signed contracts with those entities that include safeguards, including the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. 

   Users may obtain more information about technology service providers by requesting the same from Room00 via the contact means provided in this privacy policy. 

   Furthermore, Room00 may communicate your data to: 

   • Companies interested in buying or acquiring the company or a part of its business and, consequently, granting access to any national or international auditor for its "due diligence" (Due Diligence)
   • Other companies within the Room00 corporate group.
   • Authorities investigating suspected fraud, harassment, or other violations of any law, regulation, or the website's policies.

    

4. SECURITY AND CONFIDENTIALITY 

    

   Room00 is committed to adopting the necessary physical, technical, and organizational measures, in accordance with the applicable regulations, to ensure the security of personal data and to prevent accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, or alteration of personal data transmitted, stored, or processed in any other way, or unauthorized communication or access to such data. Personal data will be processed confidentially by Room00, which is committed to informing and enforcing, by legal or contractual obligation, this confidentiality to its employees, partners, and anyone who must have access to the User's personal data.  

    

5. USER RIGHTS

    

   The User may exercise the rights of access, rectification, deletion, opposition, and, where applicable, restriction of processing and data portability by sending an email to administracizon@room00group.com

   In addition, the User may file a complaint with a supervisory authority, particularly the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es) if they believe that their rights outlined in this Privacy Policy have been violated or if they believe that the processing of their personal data violates the applicable regulations.

    

6. CHANGES TO THE PRIVACY POLICY

    

   Room00 reserves the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time. Changes or updates to the Privacy Policy will be explicitly notified to the User through a notice on the Website, along with the updated version of the Privacy Policy.
